Color reports printed in monochrome due to printer driver.
Cause:
This problem occurs when printing Access reports using Canon BJC800 or BJ10E printer driver, and is because the amount of time set for the printer to interpret data is too short. For reports with graphics, the printer needs more time to interpret the data. This problem may also occur with other printer drivers.
Solution:
Change the timeout settings for the printer in Windows 95.
NOTE: It is possible that only the System Administrator can change the timeout settings. If this is the case, Administrative rights are required to solve the problem. Please contact your administrator or next-level support.
1) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' from the 'Start' menu. (A submenu appears.)
3) Select 'Printers' from the submenu. (The Printers window appears.)
4) Select the appropriate printer from the list. (The printer is highlighted.)
Selecting a printer

b) Increase the value in the 'Transmission retry' box to '120'.
NOTE: The default is '45'.
8) Click 'OK'. (The Properties dialog box closes.)
9) Retry printing.
10) If the new settings does not solve the problem, repeat steps 1) through 9) to enter higher values.
